As Co-founder and CEO of Algentem, Dre leads the vision behind Connexus.
A Navy veteran with a background in tech and a passion for community. After years of organizing events and seeing the limitations of existing platforms, he set out to create something better: a tool that empowers people to connect, collaborate, and create lasting impact. Dre brings lived experience, vision, and a deep commitment to people over profit as he guides the mission to make community building more powerful and accessible for everyone.
Dennis James Stelmach Jr
Co-Founder || CTO
As Co-founder and CTO of Algentem, Dennis leads all technical development for Connexus.
A senior software engineer with a broad and deeply technical background, Dennis specializes in full-stack architecture, systems design, and scalable infrastructure. He brings experience across web, cloud, hardware, and even game development. With a passion for solving complex problems and building efficient, user-focused systems, Dennis is the architect behind the Connexus platform. His leadership ensures every feature is thoughtfully engineered to serve the real-world needs of communities, creators, and organizers.
Zachary Andre
Co-Founder || Director of Engineering
As Co-founder and Director of Engineering at Algentem, Zachary leads the development team behind Connexus.
With a background in web development, game design, and systems integration, Zachary combines strong technical skills with team leadership to keep projects moving and aligned with the Connexus vision. He manages day-to-day development, supports cross-functional collaboration, and ensures features are delivered with care, precision, and purpose. Drawing from experience in frameworks like React and Svelte, game engines like Unity and Unreal, and tools like Firebase and AWS, Zachary helps bring big ideas to life through thoughtful execution and creative problem solving.
Cameron Rezek
Product Manager || UX Designer
As Software & Product Engineer at Algentem, Cam helps bring the Connexus platform to life with clean code and user-centered thinking.
A Navy veteran and graduate of the University of Washington’s Informatics program, Cam brings a rare blend of technical skill, product insight, and leadership under pressure. With experience spanning React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS infrastructure, he develops features that are both robust and intuitive.
Cam’s background in both software engineering and product development gives him a unique edge. His disciplined approach, full-stack expertise, and passion for solving meaningful problems make him a key force behind Connexus’ evolution.
Anthony Chhor
Software Engineer || Community & Partnership Manager (Dallas)
As Software Engineer and Community & Partnership Manager (Dallas) at Algentem, Anthony contributes both to the codebase and the growing Connexus movement in Texas.

A former Navy SPY Radar Technician, Anthony brings sharp technical acumen, disciplined work ethic, and a natural ability to lead under pressure. Now a full-stack developer, he applies critical thinking and adaptability to every challenge.

Based in Dallas, Anthony is also a key part of Connexus’ regional expansion. With a strong network and a passion for connecting people, he helps plant the seeds of community growth in new cities. His grit, curiosity, and unshakable hustle make him a vital part of the Connexus mission.
Gianni VanHeusden
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at Algentem, Gianni ensures that Connexus runs smoothly behind the scenes.

A Navy veteran, Gianni brings a powerful mix of technical expertise and organizational command. During his time in the military, he served in leadership roles where he honed his ability to guide teams, solve complex problems, and make fast, high-stakes decisions.

At Connexus, Gianni applies that same discipline and insight to operations: building frameworks for efficiency, researching solutions before problems arise, and helping the team move with clarity and purpose. His calm, logical approach and commitment to excellence keep the engine running and the mission on track.
